The factory service engineers exclusively service WMF coffee machines in their area. These 100% coffee machine specialists know all WMF coffee machines by heart as well as their customers’ special requirements.
WMF service engineers will come whenever you need them.At weekends and public holidays there is an on-call service.
Every engineer has over 1,000 spare parts stocked in his van.
You and your staff will be instructed in detail by your WMF service engineer who will set the coffee quality and flavour according to your requests and will advise you on all issues around your coffee machine.
Your machine is quickly and easily set up and diagnosed via laptop. All your data will be stored by your WMF service engineer and can be retrieved at any time.
All WMF service engineers are trained in our training center on a regular basis. So they always know the-state-of-the-art and learn from the experience of their colleagues.
